„The menu is the mirror of my taste, such as the old fashioned Viennese boiled beef filet prepared with mustard and herbs and then fried – an Austrian delicacy – or the Salzburg beef consommé garnished with fine liver dumpling stripes“, explains Olaf Auer, who cherishes the old cuisine of Vienna. Olaf also enjoys having his regular guests take part in preparing the menu by asking them from time to time what their specialities are and then after consulting with the chef, transforms them into dishes for all to be enjoyed. |
