On September 27th 1983 the Café in Rondeau-Style was opened. „It is not the classical Viennese style coffee house. I had it built in the typical 1950- 1960 style and see it and live it as my second living-dining room. Guests come here to listen to music or to play chess in a comfortable and quiet atmosphere.” Quote – Olaf Auer. Since it is a cultural coffee house book readings and art Vernissages often take place to the delight of the guests.

What would a Cafe be without coffee specialities like "Cobenzl-Hauskaffee" with Amaretto and "Biedermeierliquer", a "Rüdesheimer" with French brandy or the "Chairman's Coffee" with mandarin liquer flambe. The "Kaffee-Verkehrt" is beeing served in a large cup.

Part of a typical Viennese Cafe is that both is offered a Viennese breakfast and the large breakfast which is topped with a glass of sparkling elder berry wine, as well as snacks like "Frankfurters" traditionally boiled in beef broth rather than in water.
